Job summary

Daikin Europe seeks an International Mobility Officer to drive end-to-end mobility activities in the EMEA region. You will coordinate expatriation, localization and impatriation, while ensuring compliant, efficient processes and excellent employee experience.

Reporting to the Section Manager EMEA HR International Mobility & Compliance, you will partner with HR, Payroll, Legal and Finance to deliver scalable mobility solutions across Belgium and Europe.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in international mobility and related HR operations.
• Experience in international employment, payroll, taxation, social security and legal aspects.
• Strong ability to collaborate with HR partners, payroll, legal and finance.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the full lifecycle of international assignments from initiation to repatriation.
• Act as the primary contact for assignees, ensuring a smooth and compliant mobility experience.
• Prepare assignment documentation including contracts, compensation packages, and mobility letters.
• Manage payroll inputs, benefits follow-up, and expense handling related to assignments.
• Collaborate with immigration, tax specialists and relocation providers to ensure delivery.
• Provide guidance to employees and managers on mobility processes and policies.
