Job summary

Weerts Supply Chain (WSC) is seeking a Medior/Senior HR Business Partner to join our Tessenderlo plant in Belgium. You will be the trusted HR partner for site management and teams, translating business needs into pragmatic people actions and guiding change.

You will lead HR projects, workforce planning and talent decisions, collaborate with the Liège HR project team, and use data to drive better decisions while fostering an engaged, high-performing culture.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in an HR Business Partner role.
• Strong knowledge of Belgian employment legislation.
• Proven experience partnering with and influencing managers.
• Experience leading HR projects and managing change.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Act as trusted advisor to managers and site leadership.
• Translate business needs into people actions and workforce plans.
• Coach leaders on people management and complex situations.
• Lead HR projects from conception to adoption and follow-up.
• Monitor HR metrics and translate data into actionable insights.
• Support recruitment, onboarding and employee development.
