JH Partners in the Brussels area is seeking a Senior Group Controller to own the monthly performance narrative, combining Finance, HR and Real Estate data to explain deviations and drive corrective actions. You will rebuild the reporting toolkit with dashboards and KPIs, and you will lead one junior controller, shaping their development while interacting with group leaders.

• 5 to 9 years in Business Controlling, FP&A or Financial Consulting in an international group.
• First team responsibility.
• Fluent English; French or Dutch is a plus.
