ACCA Careers is seeking a Group Controller - Holding to join the finance team in Brussels. The role focuses on consolidation for analytic reporting at Group level and close collaboration with the Head of Controlling.

You will guide budgets, forecasts and cost monitoring across the holding and drive process improvements. The successful candidate will have a Master’s in finance or related field, 4–5 years in finance, fluent French and English (Dutch a plus) and SAP experience, with a hands-on,

Qualifications

• Master's degree in finance, business management or economics.
• About 4–5 years of experience in finance, preferably in controlling.
• Fluent in French and English; Dutch is a plus.
• Experience with SAP and process management IT tools.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate group-wide budgets, forecasts and long-term planning across entities.
• Contribute to financial reporting for executive management, Board and Audit Committee.
• Monitor holding-level costs and consolidate intercompany data.
• Drive improvements in processes, reporting and finance tools.
