JH Partners, a high-tech industrial services group operating from Brussels, seeks a Senior Business Controller to own project profitability and drive financial discipline across a multinational setup.

You will manage cost tracking, budgeting, and monthly reporting, and partner with executives to steer CAPEX/OPEX decisions and performance reviews. A Master’s in Finance or Economics and 4+ years in controlling are required.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years of experience in business controlling or similar, ideally in industrial/project-based settings.
• Fluent in French and English; Dutch is a plus.
• A Master's degree in Finance or Economics is required.

Responsabilités

• Own the profitability of projects, from cost tracking to margin recognition.
• Participate in yearly budgeting and monitor monthly actuals.
• Explain monthly results with management across international sites.
• Advise on CAPEX/OPEX investment decisions and support ExCom reporting.
• Act as a true business partner, turning financial insight into actionable recommendations.
