Vadigran Group is seeking a full-time Group Controller to become the right hand of the CFO. You will own the numbers for the group across Belgium and France, drive monthly closes and build a controlling backbone for cost and revenue tracking.

You will report to the CFO and work in a trilingual environment (FR/NL/EN), coordinating across AR, AP, GL, and IT systems while preparing entity-level reports and strategic analyses for senior management.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Finance.
• 7–10 years of relevant experience in Audit, Financial Controlling or similar roles.
• Master in MS Office: Excel, PowerPoint and Power BI.
• Hands-on experience with Navision / Dynamics 365 Business Central is a plus.
• Knowledge of production, logistics and distribution business models is a plus.
• Affinity with the consumer/FMCG industry.
• Fluent in French and/or Dutch, plus English.

Responsabilités

• Own the numbers for the group across Belgium and France.
• Manage monthly close: P&L, balance sheet, cash flow.
• Present monthly results per entity to P&L owners.
• Build a controlling backbone and a clear cost/revenue model.
• Manage Finance IT landscape and reporting (Power BI, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Provide ad hoc analyses and support CFO during M&A projects.
