Vivid Resourcing in Ghent, Belgium, is seeking a Senior Financial Controller to act as a key financial partner across multiple entities. You will lead financial control, reporting, and commercial performance management to support growth.

The role requires a Master’s degree and 5–8+ years in controlling, FP&A or audit, with strong Excel and ERP experience (SAP, Oracle, MS Dynamics). You will drive budgeting, forecasting, and process improvements in an international environment.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, or similar.
• 5–8+ years of experience in controlling, audit, or FP&A.
• Strong Excel and financial modelling skills.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar).
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment.
• Strong communicator who can translate complex data into clear insights.
• Proactive, hands-on, and business-oriented mindset.

Responsabilités

• Lead monthly closing, reporting, and performance analysis across multiple entities
• Ensure accuracy and consistency of financial data and management reporting
• Drive budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning cycles
• Act as a sparring partner to operations, sales, and senior management
• Improve and optimize financial processes, systems, and internal controls
• Support ad hoc business cases, investments, and strategic initiatives
• Contribute to ERP/reporting improvements and automation initiatives
• Play a key role in audit coordination and compliance
