You will lead on regional digital strategies, combining creative vision with analytical rigour to drive real-world impact.

You will collaborate with a global team, manage multi-channel campaigns, and adapt plans to dynamic political and cultural moments while ensuring messages resonate with diverse audiences.

• Design and deliver integrated digital strategies that align with campaign goals and audience insights.
• Partner with campaigners and creatives to translate messaging into high-impact digital plans.
• Monitor performance in real time and optimise creative, messaging, and channels for maximum impact.
• Develop audience segmentation and targeting strategies informed by research and data.
• Produce insights reports that drive decision-making across the organisation.
