Job summary

Fanfinity Agency, based in Ghent and London, seeks a Senior Project Manager to drive complex gaming events from concept to delivery. You will coach project managers, translate big projects into actionable budgets, and ensure profitability while delivering exceptional client experiences.

You will maintain an overview across all project areas, coordinating with clients and internal teams to uphold quality and efficiency.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years in gaming and events with large-scale events.
Bachelor's degree in Event Management or Business; equivalent via experience.
Excellent English; other languages a plus.

Responsibilities

Manage projects from A to Z with focus on planning, deadlines and client expectations.
Develop and monitor project plans, budgets and reports.
Coordinate with clients and internal experts and teams.
Coordinate and lead internal team members, freelancers and external partners.
Act as main point of contact for clients and ensure stakeholders are informed of updates and changes.
Take overall responsibility during event execution.
Conduct project debriefs and identify areas for improvement and new opportunities with the team.
Act as a strategic sparring partner for the development of projects and events.
