PRG is seeking a Project Manager to drive prep, planning and execution of live event productions from start to finish, within budget and on schedule. Based in Tildonk, you will coordinate with clients and internal teams across AV lighting, rigging, video and audio.

You will lead project follow-up, manage costs, optimize planning, and ensure safety compliance on every step. Strong communication in English, Dutch and French, plus hands-on onsite presence, are essential.

Formación

• Minimum 3 years' experience in the live event industry.
• Deep knowledge of AV equipment lighting, rigging, video and audio.
• Excellent knowledge of English, Dutch and French.
• Strong organizational and budgeting capabilities.
• Ability to lead, coach, and brief teams.
• Experience with project follow-up and budget management.
• Proficiency with Vectorworks.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate into decisions.
• Ability to work under strict deadlines.
• Onsite presence and client-facing approach.

Responsabilidades

• Gather project information and validate scope with the client.
• Coordinate internal departments and asset usage with the technical advisor.
• Optimize planning and costs; lead and inform the team.
• Monitor progress, budget, costs and margins; adjust resources as needed.
• Coordinate deliveries and subrentals; maintain onsite client focus.
• Carry out post-job analysis and share results with involved parties.
• Ensure compliance with safety rules during planning and execution.
