Lever, Inc. is seeking a Senior Game Designer based in Belgium to lead the design of complex features for a live mobile title. You’ll shape progression, events, combat systems, and content from concept through data-driven implementation.

You’ll collaborate with art, engineering, production, and other design stakeholders in a highly autonomous, global team to sustain a high-quality content pipeline and optimize player engagement.

Qualifications

• Experience designing live, hero-driven mobile or free-to-play games.
• Strong understanding of game systems, balance, and player motivation.
• Ability to use data and feedback to refine designs.
• Excellent communication and teamwork in globally distributed teams.
• Ability to influence stakeholders through evidence-based reasoning.

Responsabilités

• Own design of complex features, progression, events, and content from concept to data implementation.
• Architect gameplay systems to support engagement and depth.
• Analyze and refine game economy and loops for balance.
• Use player data and feedback to guide iterative improvements.
• Create high-level design docs explaining mechanics and outcomes.
• Present concepts to stakeholders with data-driven justification.
• Collaborate with production to define scope and delivery plans.
