Gaming1 in Belgium is seeking a Frontend Engineer to design, build, and evolve high-quality web experiences that solve real customer problems and drive business outcomes. You will work in small autonomous product teams, collaborating with PMs and designers, owning features end-to-end, and delivering meaningful outcomes with a product-focused mindset.

Qualifications

• Experience building scalable, maintainable and high-performance web applications.
• Solid knowledge of Redux Toolkit, RTK Query and asynchronous data flows.
• Strong engineering practices: testing, code quality, CI/CD and code reviews.
• Product-oriented mindset focused on customer and business value.
• Ability to collaborate in cross-functional product teams.
• High ownership, autonomy and problem-solving ability.
• Continuous learning and interest in AI-assisted development.
• Nice-to-have: React Native, micro-frontends and frontend security knowledge.

Responsabilités

• Own solutions across their lifecycle — from problem understanding and implementation to release, monitoring, and iterative improvement.
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Designers, and Engineers to deliver meaningful outcomes.
• Apply strong craftsmanship while maintaining a product and customer-first mindset.
• Continuously improve codebases, practices, tooling, and ways of working.
