Lever, Inc. is seeking a Product Engineer (AI-Native) based in Belgium to own features end-to-end, from problem discovery to production release, working with AI agents and external providers in a remote, international team.

You will define integration requirements, review AI-generated code, and ensure reliability and quality across production systems, with a strong product mindset and ownership mindset.

Qualifications

• Senior-level engineering experience owning complex production systems end-to-end.

Responsabilités

• Own product features end-to-end, from problem to production.
• Independently identify what to build and drive initiatives.
• Engage with external partners and service providers on integration requirements.
• Collaborate with AI agents to define product and technical specs and ensure quality.
• Delegate tasks to AI agents and review their output in a large codebase.
• Evaluate AI-generated implementations for errors and reliability.
• Test and validate features with focus on reliability of financial systems.
• Own architecture, integrations, deployment, and production readiness.
• Contribute to an AI-first development process within a distributed team.
• Stay abreast of agentic development practices and improve product lifecycle with AI.
