Job summary

Rhox is seeking a senior functional analyst to translate business needs into buildable specs for a platform migration and new functionality. The role focuses on ERP-like processes, accounting, SEPA payments and data migration.

You will map processes, align priorities, and validate data with tests and users. Ideal candidates have 7+ years in complex or regulated environments, strong data modelling, experience with ERP platforms, data migrations, and API specs.

What you'll do

• Translate complex business needs into clear functional specifications.
• Map as-is and to-be processes to identify bottlenecks and dependencies.
• Align functional priorities with developers, suppliers, product owners and testers.
• Prepare and execute functional tests with testers and key users.
• Validate migrated data and financial calculations against reference files.
• Maintain functional documentation and structured release notes.

What you bring

• At least seven years' experience as a functional analyst in complex or regulated environments.
• Strong data modelling, process analysis and understanding of financial flows.
• Experience with ERP-style platforms, data migrations and functional integrations.
• Business rules, data mapping, interface/API specifications, user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Experience with Azure DevOps or comparable ticketing and test management platforms.
• Experience using AI tools for analysis and critically assessing their output.
• Clear communication and the ability to work independently within multidisciplinary teams.
• Bachelor's or master's degree in (applied) economics or IT, or equivalent experience.
• Dutch (C1).
• French (C1).
• English (C1).

Nice to have

• BPMN process modelling.
• Knowledge of databases, queries, data structures and data processing.
• Power BI, Excel analysis and SharePoint.
• Requirements engineering or business analysis certification: IREB CPRE, CBAP or Agile BA.
