Nexeo is seeking a Functional Analyst to support a major banking client in Brussels. You will join the Invest Tribe to evolve digital investment contracting journeys and deliver compliant, efficient customer experiences within a regulated environment.

As part of the Contracting Squad, you will analyze business needs, define functional solutions, and ensure successful implementation across systems and channels in an Agile Scrum setup with 2-week sprints.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities required.
• Understanding of software development methodologies and architecture preferred.
• Experience documenting functional requirements and business processes.
• Ability to work with business and technical stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Gather, analyze, and challenge business requirements.
• Translate business needs into user stories and functional specifications.
• Produce and maintain functional analysis documentation.
• Support process definition and alignment between business and IT stakeholders.
• Identify impacts, dependencies, and risks across the investment contracting journey.
• Contribute to release planning and implementation readiness activities.
• Define test scenarios and support end-to-end validation activities.
• Collaborate with architects, developers, and product stakeholders to define optimal solutions.
• Ensure alignment with Legal, Compliance, Risk, and other control functions when required.
• Support change management and rollout activities.
