Nexeo is seeking an IT Project / Delivery Manager in Brussels to coordinate deliveries across multiple squads within a complex, agile banking environment. You will partner with the IT Tribe Lead, Scrum Teams, technical groups and business stakeholders to ensure on-time delivery, within budget and aligned to strategic objectives.

You will manage governance, risks and reporting, driving continuous improvement in delivery processes and cross-functional collaboration across the organization.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies including Scrum and SAFe.
• Experience delivering IT projects in complex environments with governance.
• Proven track record coordinating cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Experience in banking or regulated environments is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities and dependencies.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate IT deliveries across multiple squads within the Tribe.
• Ensure commitments meet scope, timeline, quality and budget.
• Monitor risks, delays and dependencies; elevate blockers.
• Maintain governance documentation and deliver progress dashboards.
• Consolidate information for steering committees and management.
