Nexeo is seeking a Process Engineer / Business Analyst to join the Investment & Financial Insurance team in Brussels. You will work in an Agile environment to optimize end-to-end investment product processes, contracting flows, pledging and contract addenda, while collaborating with business and IT stakeholders.

The role emphasizes process management, governance and change management to improve efficiency, compliance and customer experience within a dynamic banking setting.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in process engineering or business analysis within finance or banking.
• Ability to map and optimize complex processes with KPIs and risk controls.
• Strong collaboration with business, IT and operations stakeholders.
• Experience translating requirements into actionable IT changes.

Responsabilités

• Define and implement new business processes and sub-processes aligned with strategy.
• Analyze and improve processes with focus on customer satisfaction and efficiency.
• Monitor processes using KPIs, feedback and operational data.
• Identify inefficiencies, risks and improvement opportunities.
• Conduct detailed process analyses and improvement studies.
• Collaborate with operational teams to ensure practical implementation.
• Analyze and optimize investment portfolio contracting processes.
• Translate business needs into IT requirements and test changes.
• Participate in agile ceremonies and sprint planning.
• Create simple, standardized process documentation.
