Rhox is seeking a senior functional analyst to translate business needs into buildable specs for a platform migration and new functionality. The role focuses on ERP-like processes, accounting, SEPA payments and data migration.

You will map processes, align priorities, and validate data with tests and users. Ideal candidates have 7+ years in complex or regulated environments, strong data modelling, experience with ERP platforms, data migrations, and API specs.

Formación

• Seven+ years as a functional analyst in complex or regulated settings.
• Strong data modelling and process analysis for financial flows.
• Experience with ERP-style platforms and data migrations.
• Experience with data mapping, interfaces, and acceptance criteria.
• Familiar with AI tools for analysis and evaluation.

Responsabilidades

• Translate business needs into functional specifications.
• Map as-is and to-be processes to spot bottlenecks.
• Align priorities with developers, suppliers, product owners, testers.
• Prepare and execute functional tests with testers and users.
• Validate migrated data and financial calculations.
• Maintain functional docs and release notes.
