Rhox is seeking a senior project manager to lead E2E validation across applications and external organisations, strengthening test plans for tax-related workflows with emphasis on interoperability and production evidence.

You will define cross-application test strategy, design critical E2E scenarios, coordinate campaigns across teams and suppliers, maintain traceability from requirements to results, and prepare Go/No Go recommendations.

Qualifications

• At least ten years of experience in quality assurance, test management or complex information system validation.
• Significant experience in E2E testing and interoperability across organisations, applications and technologies.
• Experience advising and coordinating established test teams.
• Experience in regulated, multi-organisation environments.
• Functional and technical understanding of data exchanges and back-office processing chains.
• Practical experience preparing test data and coordinating test environments.
• Ability to map interfaces, responsibilities, service contracts and test dependencies.
• Jira/Xray, Confluence or equivalent test and defect management tools.
• Ability to build quality indicators, traceability matrices and executive reports.
• Ability to secure commitments without direct authority and challenge suppliers constructively.
• Clear communication with business and technical stakeholders, including concise risk summaries.
• French, B2.

Responsabilités

• Define cross-application test strategy, coverage, sequencing and entry/exit criteria.
• Design critical E2E scenarios, including degraded operation, recovery and reconciliation.
• Coordinate test campaigns across teams, suppliers and external organisations.
• Maintain traceability from business requirements to test results and evidence.
• Coordinate defect diagnosis, severity decisions, corrective actions and retests.
• Consolidate evidence and residual risks into independent Go/No Go recommendations.
