Rhox is seeking a Senior Functional Analyst CRM D365 to turn user needs into functional solutions with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform. The role emphasizes process modelling, configuration and using standard features over custom development.

You will lead workshops, analyze processes, translate requirements into functional designs, and collaborate with product owners, solution architects, developers and testers in Scrum or hybrid delivery, with project work conducted in French.

Qualifications

• Senior experience as a CRM functional analyst.
• Strong knowledge of Power Apps model-driven apps, Power Automate and Power BI.
• Expertise configuring Dynamics 365 and Dataverse.
• BPMN and data modelling skills.
• Knowledge of GDPR and data protection.
• Experience with Scrum and Azure DevOps.
• Native French and English at B2 level.
