• Strong knowledge of Power Platform and Dynamics 365.
• Experience with GDPR/data protection issues.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum and Azure DevOps.
• Process modeling with BPMN and data modeling.
• Experience with Dynamics 365 and Dataverse configuration.

Mission Overview:

Keystone Solutions is seeking a Senior Functional Analyst specializing in CRM Microsoft Dynamics 365 to enhance our consultancy team on client projects focused on user and citizen relationship management for public administrations. This position represents a consultancy mission at a client site, where you will be hired by Keystone Solutions to work on dynamic projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate workshops with stakeholders to gather, clarify, and prioritize needs.


• Analyze existing processes (AS-IS) and model target processes (TO-BE), for example using BPMN.


• Collect and analyze beneficiary requirements, translating them into functional solutions based on Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform.


• Ensure that delivered solutions are coherent, of high quality, and adopted by users, prioritizing standard tool usage over specific development.


• Work in an agile (Scrum) or hybrid methodology alongside the project manager, Product Owner, solution architect, D365 developers, and testing teams.
