Adjugo is seeking a Senior Functional/Business Analyst in a Brussels-based, long-term project focused on a major transformation program. The role covers end-to-end delivery in an Agile environment with hybrid work (3 days homeworking) and a Monday-Friday schedule.

• Senior functional analysis and business analysis experience.
• Strong communication with business and development teams.
• Translate client needs into functional analyses.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Belgian nationality is mandatory due to the nature of activities.
• Active French or Dutch; English for documentation.
