Selby Jennings is seeking a Senior Finance Analyst in Beerse. The role focuses on Gross to Net inventory financials and partnering with IMPO teams and external stakeholders, including a cross-country virtual team with Ireland, Belgium, the Netherlands, and Switzerland.

The contract length is 12 months, starting October 1st. You will work 3 days on site per week in Beerse, with English fluency and strong Excel/finance skills essential for success.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance.
• SAP and Supply Chain & Cost Accounting experience are assets.
• Strong financial, analytical and digital skills are required.
• Fluency in English, both spoken and written.

Responsabilités

• Lead the Gross to Net Inventory financials for the IMPO management reporting companies.
• Partner with internal IMPO teams and external stakeholders across regions.
• Ensure accurate and timely reporting of actuals and budgets with SOX compliance.
• Deliver analyses and reports to senior management and Controlling.
• Maintain master data integrity for reporting systems and tools.
• Drive standardization and digital transformation within finance processes.
• Collaborate in a hybrid, international environment and manage partners.

Roles and Responsibilities

You will serve as the key contact for Gross to Net inventory financials, partnering with internal IMPO teams and external stakeholders, including Supply Chain Finance. You will collaborate within a cross-country virtual team, working with colleagues in Ireland, Belgium, the Netherlands, and Switzerland.

Contract Length: 12 months

Location: Beerse - 3 days on site per week

Start Date: October 1st

Responsibilities include:

• Lead the Gross to Net Inventory financials for the IMPO Management Reporting Companies for Actuals.
• Be the ‘go to’ person investing in a strong business partnering network with stakeholders across the business to ensure key items impacting Actuals reporting are incorporated.
• Ensure accurate and timely reporting of actuals and budgets, within strict timelines and in accordance with Internal and External SOX compliance regulations.
• Deliver the BVA Analysis Review to Senior Management and Controlling team.
• Maintain Master Data integrity for CFIN reporting and Anaplan.
• Embrace change and challenging the status quo.
• Drive standardization and harmonization including process improvements and new ways of working.
• Contribute & influence digital transformation solutions and identify ways to live into technology enhancements to increase efficiency of internal processes.
• Proactively take ownership for personal development, ensuring a positive work life balance while managing partners

How to succeed

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance. SAP and Supply Chain & Cost Accounting experience is an asset.
