Randstad is seeking an experienced Finance Analyst to own gross-to-net inventory processes and act as the financial bridge across Belgium, Ireland, the Netherlands, and Switzerland. This 12-month assignment starts October 1, 2026, in Beerse with hybrid on-site and remote work, including 10% travel to the Netherlands.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accountancy with 5+ years in cost accounting and inventory finance, strong Excel, and SOX knowledge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accountancy required.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in cost accounting, inventory finances, and supply chain.
• Advanced Excel skills and solid SOX knowledge.
• Experience with SAP/Anaplan/CFIN is a plus.

• Partner across cross-border Supply Chain Finance and regional stakeholders.
• Deliver Budget vs. Actual analyses to Senior Management and Controlling teams.

Are you an experienced Finance Analyst who thrives at the intersection of inventory, cost accounting, and international supply chain? We are currently recruiting for a 12-month assignment starting October 1, 2026!

In this role, you will take full ownership of gross-to-net inventory processes and act as the key financial bridge across cross-border teams in Belgium, Ireland, the Netherlands, and Switzerland.

The role at a glance

• Role: Finance Analyst – Inventory & Costing
• Duration: 12-month contract (01/10/2026 – 30/09/2027)
• Location & Travel: Beerse (3 days on-site in Belgium, 2 days remote) + 10% travel to the Netherlands.

What will you do

• Gross-to-Net Lead: Act as the primary financial contact for inventory actuals, ensuring accurate, timely reporting within strict SOX compliance guidelines.
• Business Partnering: Build strong cross-border relationships with Supply Chain Finance and regional stakeholders to reflect operational realities in financial figures.
• BVA Analyses: Deliver deep-dive Budget vs. Actuals reviews directly to Senior Management and Controlling teams.
• Master Data & Digitalization: Safeguard master data integrity (CFIN, Anaplan) and drive process efficiency using modern digital tools and AI (e.g., Copilot).

Who are you?

• Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accountancy with 5+ years of relevant experience in Cost Accounting, inventory finances, and Supply Chain.
• Tech & systems: Advanced Excel skills and solid SOX compliance knowledge. Hands-on experience with SAP, Anaplan, or CFIN is a huge plus!
• Soft skills: Exceptional communication and influencing skills in English (written & spoken), combined with a proactive, deadline-driven mindset.
