Job summary

Morgan Philips Executive Search is helping a leading international investment institution find a Senior Finance & Reporting Manager to oversee financial management and reporting for a portfolio of facilities and funding vehicles.

You will lead the full accounting lifecycle, ensure compliance with IFRS/IPSAS/EAR11, and partner with CFOs, fund managers and auditors in a dynamic, cross-border setting.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related discipline.
• Several years of fund or facility accounting experience.
• Exposure to IFRS, IPSAS and EAR11 reporting frameworks preferred.
• Strong analytical, modelling and Excel/BI capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage the accounting and reporting cycle for investment facilities.
• Coordinate period-end closing, reconciliations and controls.
• Prepare high-quality financial statements and management reports.
• Support audits, budgeting and financial analysis.
• Collaborate with Fund Managers and external stakeholders.
