Job summary

Renaix Ltd in Belgium is seeking a Finance Manager – Accounting & Reporting to join the finance leadership team. The role oversees accounting, reporting, controls, compliance and process improvements across multiple entities in the international organisation.

You will lead a local finance team, coordinate audits, partner with stakeholders and help drive system initiatives; fluency in Dutch is essential and a relevant degree is required.

Qualifications

• Strong background in accounting and finance.
• Good knowledge of IFRS, financial reporting and internal controls.
• Experience leading teams and working with senior stakeholders.
• Comfortable operating within a multi-entity or international organisation.
• Experience with SAP and finance process improvement.
• Degree in finance, accounting, business or a related discipline.
• Professional fluency in Dutch is essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial accounting and reporting across multiple legal entities.
• Ensure accurate month-end, year-end and statutory reporting.
• Maintain a strong financial control environment and balance sheet integrity.
• Coordinate audit, compliance and regulatory activities.
• Partner with shared service teams and key business stakeholders.
• Lead, develop and support the local finance team.
• Drive finance process improvements and systems initiatives.
• Support wider finance and business projects as required.
