Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is offering a hybrid internship in Beerse, Belgium, within the Finance organization. Join one of four teams (Innovative Medicine R&D Finance, Treasury, IMPO, or IMSC) for 12–16 weeks in Jan/Feb 2026 through May/June 2026.

You'll contribute to dashboards, data maintenance, budgeting, forecasting, and process improvements while gaining exposure to global operations across regions and R&D, supply chain, and tax functions.

Qualifications

Masters/Bachelor education in Finance/Accounting/Economics/Commercial Engineering (should not be completed yet but preferably last year Master students).
Technical aptitude, strong interpersonal, analytical and problem-solving skills.
Fluency in English.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Familiarity with Copilot, PowerBI, Chat GPT, and other digital tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

Contribute to monthly financial dashboards and management reports using Excel, Power BI, and SAP data.
Assist with finance master data maintenance and data quality reviews.
Support budget, forecast, and month-end analysis activities for R&D organizations; identify opportunities to automate recurring reporting.
