Job summary

TiTANS België is seeking a Management Controller / Finance Business Partner to join our finance team in Belgium. You will be responsible for budgetary follow-up across several departments, and for preparing annual budgets and periodic forecasts to support strategic decisions.

You will monitor actual performance, perform variance analyses between actuals, budgets and forecasts, and challenge assumptions. Proficiency with SAP and cost/profit center data is required to deliver actionable insights.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years experience as a business controller (budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, variance analyses)
• Experience performing variance analyses and providing explanations to management
• Proficient in SAP and analysis of cost centers, profit centers, internal orders, WBS elements

Responsibilities

• Oversee budgeting for several departments and create annual budgets.
• Prepare periodic forecasts and monitor performance against plans.
• Conduct variance analyses and explain deviations to senior management.
• Act as a trusted business partner, supporting management decisions with reliable insights.
