Oliver James Group is seeking a Senior Python Backend Developer to design and maintain high-performance services using Python and FastAPI. You will mentor juniors and collaborate with engineers to improve code quality and scalability.

You must have 6+ years in backend development, strong FastAPI experience, and hands-on CI/CD with Docker or Kubernetes. The role uses a hybrid model with two onsite days in Brussels.

We're looking for a Senior Python Backend Developer (6+ years) to build and maintain high-performance, business-critical backend applications using Python and FastAPI. You'll work alongside experienced engineers in a collaborative environment, contribute to scalable system design, and coach junior developers by sharing development best practices.
