Oliver James Group is seeking a Senior Python Backend Developer to design and maintain high-performance services using Python and FastAPI. You will mentor juniors and collaborate with engineers to improve code quality and scalability.

You must have 6+ years in backend development, strong FastAPI experience, and hands-on CI/CD with Docker or Kubernetes. The role uses a hybrid model with two onsite days in Brussels.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of backend software development with Python.
• Strong experience with FastAPI and modern API development.
• Knowledge of CI/CD practices and containerization with Docker and/or Kubernetes.
