Abakus IT-Solutions is seeking a Senior Full-Stack Developer to join a technical team and contribute to the development, evolution, and maintenance of modern and scalable software solutions.

You will work across the full development lifecycle, from backend development and API implementation to integration, containerization, deployment, and application operations in a Cloud environment. The role emphasizes quality, automation, and collaboration, with work arranged in a hybrid setup in Belgium.

• Proven experience as a Senior Full-Stack Developer.
• Strong knowledge of modern application architectures and REST APIs.
• Experience with CI/CD practices, automated deployments, and Cloud environments.
• Ability to work with distributed and containerized applications.
• Strong awareness of software quality, security, performance, and maintainability.

Responsabilités

• Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable web applications and backend services.
• Develop high-performance APIs using Python and FastAPI.
• Design, optimize, and maintain PostgreSQL databases.
• Contribute to the architecture and evolution of Full-Stack solutions.
• Containerize and deploy applications in Kubernetes environments.
• Implement and maintain continuous deployment processes using ArgoCD.
• Develop and operate solutions on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Contribute to the improvement of CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.
• Identify and resolve technical issues and contribute to improving application performance and reliability.
• Collaborate with developers, architects, Cloud/DevOps teams, and other technical stakeholders.
• Participate in code reviews and apply software development best practices.
• Create and maintain the necessary technical documentation.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the team's methods, tools, and practices.

We are looking for a Senior Full-Stack Developer to join a technical team and contribute to the development, evolution, and maintenance of modern and scalable software solutions.

You will work across the full development lifecycle, from backend development and API implementation to integration, containerization, deployment, and application operations in a Cloud environment.

The position requires strong expertise in Python, FastAPI, PostgreSQL, Kubernetes, ArgoCD, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP), combined with a strong focus on quality, automation, and collaboration.

Main Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable web applications and backend services.
• Develop high-performance APIs using Python and FastAPI.
• Design, optimize, and maintain PostgreSQL databases.
• Contribute to the architecture and evolution of Full-Stack solutions.
• Containerize and deploy applications in Kubernetes environments.
• Implement and maintain continuous deployment processes using ArgoCD.
• Develop and operate solutions on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Contribute to the improvement of CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.

Languages

• English: Full professional proficiency required.
• French or Dutch: Nice to have.
