Johnson & Johnson is seeking an Equipment Engineer for the Solids Pilot Plant in Beerse, Belgium. The role focuses on understanding equipment, governing process interactions, and implementing improvements within a GMP pharmaceutical setting.

The position also covers project engineering responsibilities, including document creation for lifecycle stages, qualification activities, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure compliant, timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in engineering or equivalent experience.
• Experience in GMP environments and equipment qualification.
• Ability to analyse technical information and translate into practical recommendations.
• Fluent in English and Dutch.

Responsabilités

• Develop understanding of assigned equipment and interaction with manufacturing processes.
• Lead qualification documentation and validation activities (URS, IQ/OQ/PQ).
• Support project delivery from concept to startup and qualification.
• Coordinate across multidisciplinary teams and supplier engagements.
• Participate in risk assessments and change control activities.
