Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine in Beerse, Belgium, is seeking an Development Operator for Liquids & Parenterals to perform sterile clinical production activities. This five-year temporary role reports to the Supervisor Liquids & Parenterals and requires GMP know-how, aseptic technique, and the ability to work accurately in a complex, fast-paced environment.

You will collaborate with Process Engineers, translate development steps into scalable manufacturing, and contribute to process

Qualifications

• Experience in GMP environments.
• Experience in sterile production (C-zone).
• Ability to work accurately and independently in a complex, dynamic setting.
• Willingness to learn, proactive attitude.
• Strong team player in a eight-operator group.
• Strong communication in Dutch and English.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and digital tools.

Responsabilités

• Conduct experimental and clinical batches of liquid and parenteral products, including assembly, sterilization, and equipment operation.
• Translate development processes into safe, efficient, scalable production processes and support tech transfers.
• Collaborate with Process Engineers to prepare work instructions and document batch results and process knowledge.
• Optimize processes and equipment, act as equipment system owner and support qualifications.
• Implement new technologies, train colleagues and ensure GMP compliance, including aseptic handling.
