APICBASE is a fast-growing SaaS scale-up transforming hospitality operations. This senior role owns enterprise rollout programmes from signed contract to go-live across mult i-country and multi-brand environments, including POS and ERP integrations and multi-location operations.

You will lead end-to-end delivery, run steering committees with C-level stakeholders, manage scope, timelines and risks, and drive organisational change.

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading implementation or transformation projects, ideally at consultancy, SI, or enterprise software vendor.
• Experience with enterprise clients: steering committees, executive stakeholders, formal project governance.
• Experience with integrations in complex landscapes (POS, ERP, APIs).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; comfortable with ambiguity.
• Structured, ownership-driven way of working.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end enterprise implementation programmes, from kickoff to go-live.
• Run steering committees and manage C-level stakeholders on the customer side.
• Own scope, timelines, risks, and delivery outcomes.
• Set up and validate integrations (POS, ERP, suppliers).
• Drive organisational change across multi-location, multi-country operations.
• Own go-live validation and formal customer sign-off.
