EDFI Management Company in Brussels seeks a seasoned Project Manager to lead the multi-workstream APOLLO programme, coordinating Steering Committee, SMEs, IT Architect/Integrator and Change Management. You will oversee planning, budget, risks and drive Design, Build/Test and Roll-Out across Guarantee, Investment and Support streams to ensure on-time delivery.

Responsibilities include maintaining the programme plan, monthly or more frequent progress reporting, vendor evaluations, data management

Qualifications

Must have proven PM experience in multi-workstream transformations.
Experience coordinating Steering Committees, SMEs and external vendors.
Knowledge of data governance and enterprise data architectures.

Responsabilités

Own and maintain the overall programme plan across all three workstreams.
Coordinate Project Team, IT Architect/Integrator and Change Management resources.
Prepare and run Steering Committee reporting on progress, budget and risks.
Lead data management model and data warehouse architecture design and deployment.
Oversee tool selection, migration, and vendor evaluations with dry-runs and rollback plans.
Drive AI use-case identification and governance with SMEs, IT and Risk/Legal.
Manage external budget and escalate deviations to Steering Committee.
Mitigate risks related to data quality, resources and cross-stream dependencies.
Coordinate testing, UAT sign-off, and change management activities for each stream.
