Nuitée is seeking a Technical Integration Lead to own the technical customer layer behind enterprise API integrations, from implementation to launch to optimisation. You’ll work directly with major API customers, stay close to Product and Engineering, and shape how technical integration and support works as the customer base grows.

This senior IC/Lead role offers ownership across implementation, launch, and optimisation, with the upside of equity.

Qualifications

• Experience with APIs and modern software products.
• Ability to own technical relationships with enterprise customers across implementation, launch and optimisation.
• Experience in onboarding, troubleshooting, or integration support.
• Ability to explain technical concepts to engineers and stakeholders.
• Ownership mindset to build a function whileHands-on in delivery.

Responsabilités

• Own the technical customer layer behind enterprise API integrations from implementation to launch to optimisation.
• Work directly with major API customers and coordinate with Product and Engineering.
• Turn customer pain points into actionable feedback for Product and Engineering.
• Make onboarding and support repeatable while keeping speed and trust that Nuitée relies on.
