APICBASE, a fast-growing SaaS scale-up for hospitality operations, seeks an HR & People Operations Specialist to own our people processes end-to-end.

You’ll drive recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, and payroll follow-up, while building HR data dashboards to spot trends and improve processes in a dynamic, international team. Fluency in Dutch and English is essential, with a pragmatic, mature approach and adaptability to scale.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in a broad, operational HR or People role.
• A true generalist who moves between recruitment, onboarding, data and payroll in the same week.
• Ambitious and growth-minded with a data-driven approach.
• A process optimiser who questions existing workflows to improve them.
• Fluent in Dutch and English, written and spoken.

Responsabilités

• Own recruitment from vacancy to signed contract: sourcing, screening, interviews, and a smooth candidate experience.
• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding to ensure a complete lifecycle.
• Process HR data, build dashboards, and flag key trends for action.
• Keep HR cycles and payroll follow-up on track with accurate, timely data.
