• 5–10 years in business development, sales, account management, or digital transformation.
• Proven ability to engage, influence, and advise senior stakeholders, including C-level and executive decision-makers.
• Strong track record of developing and closing complex, high-value commercial opportunities, strategic partnerships, or enterprise agreements.
• Solid understanding of digital technologies and emerging trends driving transformation and competitive advantage.
• Excellent relationship-building, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills across all levels.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with ownership, initiative, and commercial drive.
• Ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles and translate client needs into compelling solutions.
• Trilingual profile with native-level Dutch or French and strong professional English.
