HMS Networks, a global Industrial ICT leader, is seeking a Senior Digital Marketing Manager for AI Transformation & Customer Experience within the IDS division. You will shape digital growth, orchestrate AI-enabled marketing capabilities, and deliver personalized journeys across the lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in B2B digital marketing, integrated marketing, customer experience, product marketing, or demand generation.
• 5+ years of leadership or team management experience.
• Strong experience in Belgian/Central European markets.
• Fluent in English and French.

Responsabilités

• Lead a small marketing team and provide clarity, structure, and stability in a fast‑moving environment.
• Build and execute digital marketing strategies that drive growth, customer acquisition, retention, and brand awareness.
• Lead the adoption of AI-powered marketing tools and processes; develop governance for responsible AI use.
• Own end-to-end customer journey optimization and collaboration with Sales, Service, Product, and Customer Success.
• Lead CRM and automation strategy (Dynamics 365, Marketo/Salesforce or similar); build automated nurture programs and lifecycle workflows.
