Job summary

Sia is seeking a senior engineer consultant to drive transformation projects for clients. You will execute assignments including data structuring, data analysis, benchmarks, interviews, workshop animation, and process mapping.

As fast as possible, you will take up team support roles and contribute to knowledge sharing within our business units.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-like or master-level education in relevant field.
• Experience delivering consulting projects in a corporate setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead transformation projects at client sites, performing data structuring and analysis.
• Run benchmarks, interviews, and process mapping to define improvements.
• Animate workshops, develop functional specifications, and support project teams.
• Contribute to knowledge sharing via workshops, publications, and seminars.
• Willingness to travel for temporary assignments abroad as needed.

As a senior engineer consultant, you will be involved in transformation projects at our clients. You will execute project assignments, including intelligent data structuring, data analysis, benchmarks, interviews, workshop animation, process mapping, functional specifications, etc. As fast as possible, you will take up team support roles. You will get the opportunity to contribute actively to our knowledge creation and exchange (workshops, publications, seminars,...) within the business units of the different industries we serve.

• University Master Civil Engineering or Business Engineering
• 3 to 5 years' experience as a consultant
• Outstanding collaborative team player and good communication skills
• Strong interest in Energy
• Analytical mind, exploring options and able to synthesize into conclusions
• Autonomous, dynamic, result oriented, rigorous and committed

You have a strong interest in data and AI-related topics, the ability to quickly build expertise in these areas, and you're excited about helping our clients seize the opportunities they offer.

Languages: Trilingual French, Dutch and English. If you also speak German fluently, that's a great plus!

Prepared to participate in temporary assignments abroad (e.g. France, The Netherlands)
