Sia is seeking bright and dynamic Senior consultants to build relationships and deliver results across client projects. You will lead teams, coach new hires, and drive improvement initiatives by identifying processes, implementing solutions, and guiding client change.

Qualifications

• Master-level degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 2–6 years’ experience as a consultant.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Lean/Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
• Analytical mindset with ability to synthesize insights.
• Autonomous, dynamic, and results-driven.
• Interest in data and AI topics and willingness to build expertise.
• Fluency in French, Dutch, and English; Dutch required.

Responsibilities

• Identify and simplify client work processes and propose improvements.
• Implement solutions in agreement with the client.
• Manage clients through change and coach them on performance gains.

You will be involved in different projects and you will mainly work on the following topics:

• Identify the work processes and propose solutions to simplify and improve them
• Implement the solutions in agreement with the client
• Manage the clients in the change and coach them in improving their performance

As fast as possible, you will take up team leadership roles by coaching new hires and juniors. You will get the opportunity to contribute actively to our knowledge creation and exchange (workshops, publications, seminars,…) within the business units of the different industries we serve.

Qualifications

• Master Business Engineering, Management, Civil Engineering, or similar
• 2 to 6 years’ experience as consultant
• Outstanding collaborative team player and good communication skills
• Lean, Green Belt or Black Belt certification
• Analytical mind, exploring options and able to synthesize into conclusions
• Autonomous, dynamic, result oriented, rigorous and committed
• You have a strong interest in data and AI-related topics, the ability to quickly build expertise in these areas, and you’re excited about helping our clients seize the opportunities they offer.
• Languages: Trilingual French, Dutch and English. Dutch is a must.
