Job summary

Sia in Belgium seeks a senior engineer consultant to join our transformation projects for diverse clients. You will handle intelligent data structuring, data analysis, benchmarks, interviews, workshop facilitation, and process mapping, contributing to functional specifications and knowledge exchange.

With a collaborative mindset, you will support teams across industries and participate in temporary abroad assignments (France, the Netherlands). Fluency in French, Dutch, and English is valued.

Qualifications

• Master's degree as required or equivalent in Civil Engineering or Business Engineering.
• 1–3 years' experience as a consultant.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead transformation projects at clients and execute project assignments.
• Structuring data, data analysis, benchmarks, interviews, and process mapping.
• Develop functional specifications and support workshops and knowledge exchange.

As a senior engineer consultant, you will be involved in transformation projects at our clients. You will execute project assignments, including intelligent data structuring, data analysis, benchmarks, interviews, workshop animation, process mapping, functional specifications, etc. As fast as possible, you will take up team support roles. You will get the opportunity to contribute actively to our knowledge creation and exchange (workshops, publications, seminars,...) within the business units of the different industries we serve.

• University Master Civil Engineering or Business Engineering
• 1 - 3 years' experience as a consultant
• Outstanding collaborative team player and good communication skills
• Strong interest in Energy
• Analytical mind, exploring options and able to synthesize into conclusions
• Autonomous, dynamic, result oriented, rigorous and committed
• You have a strong interest in data and AI-related topics, the ability to quickly build expertise in these areas, and you're excited about helping our clients seize the opportunities they offer.

Languages: Trilingual French, Dutch and English.

Prepared to participate in temporary assignments abroad (e.g. France, The Netherlands).
