Job summary

Sia is seeking a bright, dynamic Senior consultant to build relationships and deliver results. You will drive transformation projects, lead teams, and contribute to knowledge sharing across industries. Your background should show strong academics and a first successful consulting experience.

You will engage in data structuring, analysis, benchmarks, interviews, workshops and process mapping, with opportunities to coach juniors and collaborate with global teams in a fast-growing company.

Qualifications

• Master level degree in a relevant field (Business Engineering, Civil Engineering, Applied Economics or Management).
• 3–6 years of consulting experience with a track record of delivering results.
• Strong teamwork, collaboration and communication skills.
• Deep interest in Financial Services and data/AI topics, with ability to learn quickly.
• Analytical mindset with ability to synthesize findings into conclusions.

Responsibilities

• Lead transformation projects for clients and manage relationships to deliver results.
• Execute assignments: data structuring, data analysis, benchmarks, interviews, workshops, process mapping, and specifications.
• Progress to team leadership by coaching new hires and juniors.
• Contribute to knowledge creation and exchange across business units and industries.

Sia is looking for bright and dynamic Senior consultants committed to building relationships and delivering results. As a business consultant, you will be involved in transformation projects at our clients. You will execute project assignments, including intelligent data structuring, data analysis, benchmarks, people interviews, workshop animation, process mapping, functional specifications, etc. As fast as possible, you will take up team leadership roles by coaching new hires and juniors. You will get the opportunity to contribute actively to our knowledge creation and exchange (workshops, publications, seminars,…) within the business units of the different industries we serve.

Qualifications

• University Master Business Engineer, Civil Engineer, Applied Economics, Management
• 3 to 6 years experience as a consultant
• Outstanding collaborative team player and good communication skills
• Strong interest in the Financial Services sector
• You have a strong interest in data and AI-related topics, the ability to quickly build expertise in these areas, and you’re excited about helping our clients seize the opportunities they offer.
• Analytical mind, exploring options and able to synthesize into conclusions
• Autonomous, dynamic, result oriented, rigorous and committed
• Languages: Trilingual French, Dutch and English. Dutch is a must.
• Prepared to participate in temporary assignments abroad (e.g. France and The Netherlands)
