Job summary

Maasmechelen Village is seeking an Email & Campaign Specialist to own planning and execution of guest communications across email, push, mobile wallet passes, and WhatsApp/SMS. You will translate commercial inputs into premium, on-brand campaigns and collaborate with the Content & Comms team to ensure consistency across channels.

You will manage Salesforce Marketing Cloud campaigns, shape templates, brief creatives, and leverage learnings to improve performance.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in email marketing and campaign management.
Strong understanding of multi-channel campaigns and lifecycle marketing.
Experience turning commercial inputs into premium, on-brand campaigns.

Responsibilities

Plan, build, and execute email and campaign communications end-to-end across channels.
Plan and optimise behavior-triggered flows (welcome, birthday, lapsing, opt-in, and RFM).
Translate inputs into a cohesive CRM plan across channels and moments.
Segment audiences to drive guest relevance and store footfall.
Collaborate with Loyalty, Copywriting, and Content teams to align with goals.
Monitor KPIs (open rates, CTR, revenue) and steer future campaigns.
Ensure data-driven decisions while preserving brand integrity.
Manage email/CRM platform for accurate, timely campaigns across channels.
Develop mobile wallet passes and WhatApp/SMS touchpoints for key moments.
Stay aligned with fashion/retail trends to stay premium and on-brand.
