Johnson & Johnson Beerse Distribution Center seeks a Senior Manager Distribution to lead a complex, worldwide distribution operation and ensure right product, condition, and documentation at optimal cost.

You will translate business objectives into team priorities, drive compliance with cGMP/GTP and EH&S, manage cost and customer partnerships, and collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders to roll out the European distribution network strategy in Beerse.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in engineering, economics, or a related field.
• Dutch and English language requirements.
• Experience leading distribution, compliance, and cost-management initiatives.

Responsabilités

• Lead a complex distribution operation across a diverse, highly specialized environment.
• Drive cGMP/GTP compliance and EH&S objectives in alignment with site strategy.
• Own the distribution process and manage sub-departments including DC operations and admin.
• Build strong customer partnerships and manage key business partners and shipments.
• Manage cost, budgeting, tariff negotiations, and P&L accountability.
• Lead and develop people, drive Lean and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Lead and support JJOS projects and KPI-based management reporting.
