Job summary

Sibelco Group is seeking a seasoned Growth Lead to drive identification and prioritisation of strategic growth initiatives across EMEA. You will govern initiatives aligned with portfolio ambition, partner with customers and tech teams, and shape entry strategies for new markets and applications.

The role emphasizes governance, profitability, and sustainable value creation, with pilots and scale-up programs in collaboration with regional teams and KAM.

Qualifications

• Understanding of P&L metrics and financial KPIs.
• Ability to connect commercial and operational aspects.
• Experience with M&A target identification and integration.
• Strategic mindset and ability to link concepts to implementation.
• Proven leadership to motivate and drive teams.

Responsibilities

• Identify white spaces and high-growth adjacencies within and beyond existing end-markets.
• Assess market attractiveness, scalability, and strategic fit of new applications and value propositions.
• Shape entry strategies balancing speed, investment discipline, and long-term value.
• Develop and manage strategic partnerships with customers, technology providers, and external stakeholders.
• Co-create new solutions with Technology & Innovation and validate them through pilots and value proofs.
• Explore new business models to enhance customer value while improving profitability.
• De-risk early growth initiatives through structured pilots with Sales and regional teams.
• Lead handover of validated growth plays to Key Account Management and regions for scaling.
• Clarify ownership, success criteria, and governance at handover for seamless execution.
• Act as senior integrator across P&L leadership, KAM, and Tech & Innovation.
• Ensure growth initiatives comply with governance, risk, contracting, safety, and sustainability.
