Sibelco in Dessel seeks a proactive Manager Sustainability to lead the Centre of Excellence in developing global ESG strategies, programs and standards. You’ll translate regulatory requirements into practical business processes and collaborate across functions worldwide.

Role emphasizes regulatory knowledge (CSRD, CSDDD, EU Taxonomy, PPWR), ESG disclosures, funding opportunities, and stakeholder engagement, with English proficiency and hands-on execution across international teams.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or equivalent experience in sustainability, environmental sciences, law or related field.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in sustainability, ESG, regulatory compliance or related field.
• Strong knowledge of European sustainability regulation and reporting requirements (CSRD, CSDDD, EU Taxonomy, PPWR).
• Ability to translate complex legal/technical requirements into pragmatic business processes and guidance.
• Experience contributing to ESG disclosures, sustainability reporting and data governance.

Responsabilités

• Regulatory intelligence and impact assessment for ESG regulations and legislation.
• Drive sustainability regulatory compliance, including CSRD, CSDDD, EU Taxonomy, PPWR.
• Contribute to ESG disclosure and sustainability reporting with data owners.
• Identify and support funding, grants and subsidies opportunities.
• Engage customers and suppliers to advance sustainability objectives.
• Represent Sibelco in industry associations and external forums.
