Sibelco is seeking a proactive Manager Sustainability in Dessel Plant to strengthen our Centre of Excellence. You will develop global strategies, ensure regulatory compliance, and lead ESG disclosures while engaging with internal teams and external partners.

This role combines analytical rigor with hands-on implementation, offering international exposure, ownership of key ESG topics, and a path to shape Sibelco’s long-term sustainability value creation.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or equivalent in sustainability, environmental sciences, law, or related discipline.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in sustainability, ESG, regulatory compliance, or reporting.
• Strong knowledge of European sustainability regulation (CSRD, CSDDD, EU Taxonomy, PPWR).
• Ability to translate complex requirements into pragmatic processes and guidance.
• Experience in ESG disclosures, sustainability reporting, and data governance.

Responsabilités

• Track evolving ESG regulations and translate developments into actionable guidance.
• Drive compliance with CSRD, CSDDD, EU Taxonomy, PPWR and related requirements.
• Contribute to ESG disclosures and high-quality sustainability reporting.
• Identify and support funding opportunities and subsidies.
• Engage with customers, suppliers and industry bodies to advance sustainability goals.
• Represent Sibelco in industry associations and external forums.
