Johnson & Johnson’s Engineering & Property Services is recruiting for a Director E&PS IM Project Delivery, based in Ghent or Beerse, Belgium. You will lead a strategic portfolio, guiding ideation, planning, and execution while ensuring scope, schedule, budget and quality.

The role requires 15+ years in engineering or project management within regulated environments, leading large-scale portfolios (>100 MM USD), and strong cross-functional leadership across regions.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Engineering, Architecture or Construction Management.
• 15+ years of progressive leadership in engineering, project management or manufacturing in regulated environments.
• Experience leading large-scale projects or portfolios (>100 MM USD).
• Strong financial forecasting and budgeting capabilities in BP/JU/NU.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project lifecycle from conception to closeout.
• Provide proactive sponsor and steerco updates for visibility and alignment.
• Coordinate design, execution and closeout with controls leads and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to resolve program conflicts and mitigate risks.
• Drive capital project delivery with external vendors and internal partners.
