Abakus IT-Solutions is seeking a Senior Project Manager to coordinate and drive digital transformation initiatives around a large-scale citizen and business services platform.

You will lead multiple projects, align business and IT stakeholders, and ensure milestones, risks, and dependencies are managed, with a strong focus on interoperability and agile delivery across complex ICT environments.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of professional experience as a Project Manager.
• Strong understanding of business requirements, IT constraints, and architecture.
• Experience with Agile methodologies.
• Good functional understanding of ICT.
• Experience managing complex projects is a plus; interoperability projects are a plus.
• Methodical, pragmatic, autonomous, and results-oriented.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Strong synthesis and stakeholder management abilities.

• Coordinate and manage multiple projects and initiatives.
• Analyze business needs and identify required functional and technical evolutions.
• Plan activities, deliverables, timelines, and project milestones.
• Coordinate business, IT, architecture, and technical stakeholders.

• Organize steering and follow-up meetings and ensure regular reporting.
